let's go to the river is a practice of widening our field of awareness and playing with perception/ways of knowing and meaning-making, particularly around the various existences/intelligences that are on Mother Earth.
We go to the beach/park/outdoors, and we do:
20 min walking meditation
20 min dancing with eyes closed
