To work on resistance, fluidity, and technique at the barre, in a non classical way.

Intermediate to Advance Level Movers

Open perspective to a new approach, welcome fresh ideas, and also share in the feedback process!

​To continue exploring various ways of utilizing the barre - setting the tone for a more contemporary way to do a classic ballet barre.

About Dionna

Dionna PridGeon is originally from Chicago,  now residing in New York. She is currently on faculty at The Ailey Extension and The Joffrey Ballet School of New York City; Guest Faculty at Steps on Broadway and Sub Faculty at Broadway Dance Center. Dionna has also had the privilege of sharing her teaching at many other prestigious facilities such as: Hubbard Street Dance Center/Lou Conte Dance Studio, Edge Performing Arts Center, Debbie Reynolds Dance Studio, Movement Lifestyle, in Stavanger, Norway and Mainz, Germany. She has worked with well-known choreographers in both concert and commercial dance. She has devoted years in being a freelance artist and is now discovering her new brand: move DIPR!

This series is geared towards the professional development of dance teachers, and as a mean to offer affordable training for the dance community.
